Ilse builds the systems and, more importantly, hands them over. She spends as much time on documentation, contribution rules and the first three months after a launch as on the components themselves.

Her measure of a successful system is whether the client team has extended it without asking us. By that measure four of the five systems the studio has built are working and one is not, which she will tell you about at length.
